Grants Available in South Australia
- First Home Owner Grant (FHOG): $15,000 for new homes with no property value cap
- The removal of the property cap since June 2024 makes SA one of the most flexible states for new build grants
- New builds only. Established homes are not eligible for the FHOG in SA
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 18 or over
Stamp Duty Concessions
- New homes, off-the-plan, house-and-land, and vacant land: fully exempt with no value cap (since June 2024)
